EASY COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1/2 stick butter, melted 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (6 oz.) pkg. coconut Mix all ingredients and blend well. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until crust is brown and custard is firm. IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 2 c. milk 4 eggs 1/3 c. butter 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. coconut 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients in blender; blend 1 minute. Pour into well greased and floured 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until custard sets. Flour makes a crust and custard rises to the top.
