Alton's Pot Sticker Recipe 1/2 pound of Ground Pork 1/4 cup chopped scallions 1 egg lightly beaten 2 tbs chopped red bell pepper 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp back pepper 1 tsp light brown sugar 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 2 tsp wostershire sauce 2 tsp ketchup 1 tsp mustard Chickenstock for cooking Mix with hand. Wipe 2 edges of potsticker wrapper with war Place 1/2 tsp of filling in center Squeeze to seal (pushing out air) Pleat (2 on each side) Heat largest skillet on medium heat (use one thats not nonstick) Brush on a thin layer of veg oil. Put 8-10 Stickers in pan. Let them sit for 2 full minutes. (Don't worry about them, just walk away). Pour in 1/3 cup of chicken stock, put lid on and walk away for 2 more minutes Place cooked Stickers in aluminum cone to warm in oven. Deglaze pan with water
