"Stuffing" 1 giant sized loaf of *stale* white bread (or Stuffing bread.) 1 pound of breakfast sausage meat 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons of Thyme 2 teaspons of Sage 3 shakes of Garlic Powder 2 shakes of nutmeg salt & pepper 1 large onion, chopped 2-3 stalks of celery, chopped The day before Boil the sausage meat in a little bit of water, just until white. Remove immediately and drain. Tear up stale bread into small chunks. Using a collander, gently moisten the bread (can't be overly wet.) In a very large bowl, combine sausage, bread, eggs, spices, onion and celery--using your hands is the best way. When completely combined, put the mix into a ziplock bag and refridgerate overnight. Stuff your bird, cook and enjoy!
